Welcome to QuickFire Rush, a mobile application and entertainment platform developed and published by Blackwood Northstar (“we,” “our,” or “us”).
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the QuickFire Rush mobile application and its features and services (collectively, the “App”).
QuickFire Rush provides access to games, short videos, podcasts, audiobooks, tasks, challenges, referral opportunities, and reward-related features. Certain activities within the App may allow users to earn in-app currency, which may be eligible for redemption in accordance with the applicable rules and requirements of the App.
By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to comply with these Terms and our integrated Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree, please discontinue using the App immediately.
To use QuickFire Rush, you must be at least 10 years old or have permission from a parent or legal guardian.
By using the App, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
Certain features, rewards, challenges, or activities may have additional eligibility requirements, which may be communicated within the App.

We are not responsible for unauthorized access resulting from your failure to properly secure your login information.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts associated with fraudulent activity, abuse of the App, manipulation of rewards or challenges, or violations of these Terms.
An internet connection is required for certain features and services within QuickFire Rush.
Some games or features may function without an internet connection, while other features, including certain content, challenges, account-related functions, rewards, and other services, may require an active internet connection.
For the best experience, please ensure you are connected to the internet while using the App.
All content in QuickFire Rush — including but not limited to game design, questions, text, graphics, images, software, interface elements, logos, and other materials created or provided by Blackwood Northstar — is the property of Blackwood Northstar or is used with appropriate rights or permissions.
You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, or otherwise use our content without prior written consent, except where permitted by applicable law.
Third-party content, trademarks, logos, names, videos, audio, podcasts, and other materials remain the property of their respective owners.
QuickFire Rush may display advertisements from third-party advertising providers.
We do not endorse or take responsibility for the products, services, offers, or content shown in third-party advertisements.
Interactions with advertisers, including purchases or use of third-party products or services, are between you and the relevant third party.
We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information.

QuickFire Rush may provide users with opportunities to earn in-app currency through eligible activities, challenges, tasks, referrals, or other features made available within the App.
In-app currency is not cash, does not represent a bank deposit or financial account, and has no monetary value outside the QuickFire Rush reward system unless and until an eligible redemption is approved and processed in accordance with the applicable rules.
Eligible in-app currency may be redeemed for available rewards, including monetary rewards, where such redemption is offered by the App.
Redemption eligibility, minimum requirements, available payment methods, processing times, and other conditions may vary and may be displayed within the App.
We reserve the right to review reward and redemption activity to identify fraud, abuse, manipulation, duplicate accounts, unauthorized activity, or violations of these Terms.
If activity is determined to be fraudulent, abusive, or otherwise in violation of these Terms, we may cancel associated currency or rewards and restrict or terminate access to relevant features or accounts.
We do not guarantee that a particular reward, payment method, or redemption option will always be available.
QuickFire Rush may provide a referral program that allows eligible users to invite other people to join or participate in the App.
Referral rewards are subject to the requirements and conditions communicated within the App.
Users must not use fraudulent methods, fake accounts, automated systems, self-referrals, or other unauthorized methods to generate referral rewards.
Referral activity may be reviewed to detect manipulation, duplicate accounts, or other prohibited activity.
We reserve the right to withhold, cancel, or reverse referral rewards and restrict or terminate accounts where referral activity is determined to violate these Terms or the applicable referral requirements.
Referral terms, rewards, eligibility requirements, and other conditions may be changed or discontinued at our discretion.
The Weekly Challenge is a special event for users who registered during our physical activations and received a valid participation code.
Participation in the Weekly Challenge may require users to create a profile and log in so that progress, scores, and participation can be properly tracked.
The Weekly Challenge may include leaderboards and prizes, including cash rewards, subject to the applicable challenge rules and eligibility requirements.
Challenge participation and results may be reviewed to identify cheating, manipulation, fraudulent activity, or violations of these Terms.
At the end of each challenge, QuickFire Rush may use part of the proceeds associated with the challenge to sponsor the education of one or more students pursuing primary, secondary, or tertiary education in an African country for a full semester.
The number of students sponsored and the educational sponsorship provided may vary between challenges.
QuickFire Rush provides access to various entertainment features, which may include games, short-form videos, podcasts, audiobooks, and other content.
Some content may be provided through or made available by third-party platforms or services.
We do not necessarily own all third-party content made available through the App and do not guarantee that third-party content will always remain available, unchanged, or accessible.
Content may be added, removed, replaced, or modified from time to time.
You agree not to use content made available through QuickFire Rush in a manner that violates applicable law or the rights of the content owner.
QuickFire Rush may integrate with or use third-party services, including advertising, analytics, content, authentication, hosting, payment, and other service providers.
These services operate under their own terms and privacy policies.
We are not responsible for the policies, availability, performance, or content of third-party services.
Your use of a third-party service may be subject to that provider’s own terms and conditions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Blackwood Northstar shall not be liable for:
